Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets baseline rules for using the Zyphon public site and any public forms, links, previews, or product entry points connected to it.

Last updated August 15, 2026

1. No unlawful or harmful use

Do not use Zyphon properties to violate laws, infringe rights, deceive others, distribute malware, harass people, or enable harmful activity.

Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, or designed to harm systems or people.

2. No platform abuse

Do not overload, probe, scrape, crawl, spam, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or interfere with the site or connected services except as expressly permitted in writing.

Do not use public forms or contact channels for mass outreach, phishing, credential harvesting, deceptive marketing, or automated submissions that degrade the experience for others.

3. AI and automation boundaries

Zyphon builds agentic AI products, but public site access does not authorize automated misuse of the site, our products, or third-party services.

Do not use Zyphon products or previews to evade safety systems, impersonate others, generate deceptive operational artifacts, or create outputs intended to facilitate unauthorized access or abuse.

4. Product-specific rules

Cognivox and future Zyphon products may include additional acceptable use rules based on their capabilities, integrations, and risk profile.

Where product-specific rules are stricter than this policy, the product-specific rules apply to that product experience.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, throttle traffic, block requests, suspend access, investigate activity, or contact authorities when use appears unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with this policy.

We may update this policy as Zyphon's products and threat models evolve.
