2. When access is delivered
Access to a paid plan is provisioned to your account automatically when the payment provider confirms your payment — normally within minutes of a successful charge.
You use the product wherever you already sign in: the web app, desktop apps, or the CLI. Nothing extra is dispatched or installed by us.
3. If access has not arrived
If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email hello@zyphon.ai with the payment reference. We will either activate the plan or refund the charge in full under our Cancellation & Refunds policy — a paid-but-not-provisioned account is always our problem to fix, never yours.
4. International customers
Services are delivered over the internet worldwide. Prices, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay; Indian prices are shown inclusive of GST.
